Food trucks are a growing trend.  Why shouldn't they be?  They are mobile food centers that serve delicious and reasonably priced eats.  They have become so popular in Charlotte, NC that there always seems to be some kind of food truck gathering somewhere in the city.  This summer I've been enjoying Food Truck Fridays in Historic South End.  South End located just outside of the city.  It's connected to the city via light rail and is a great place to find some good eats.  Apparently, a lot of other people have found out about the good eats and are bringing their friends and picnic gear to the food truck gathering.

Hello fellow Stuffies!  Trumpy and I were talking it over and we decided that it would benefit everyone to have a more objective rating scale that will help everyone understand just how much we enjoyed our adventure.  We're calling it the "How Nuts Are We?" Coconut Scale.  Trumpy and I both love a good coconut.  We love the coconut water...so refreshing...fresh coconut meat...it's slimy in a good way...coconut milk...so creamy...shredded coconut...but I digress.
